Loan Processor

Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of mortgage policies and procedures for loan products. Functions will include: reviewing and managing loan pipeline reports, processing and compliance review for loan pipeline; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation provided; ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow up as required by underwriting. Working hands on with underwriting and sales staff to effectively track, manage, communicate loan decision.

Working hours: M-F 8-5

Minimum Qualifications: 2 years experience in processing home mortgage loans. Conventional and /or Government experience. Strong communication/organizational skills. Proven ability to proactively manage pipeline.
